eSOL. * A leading embedded software developer with core technologies in real time operating system suites and integrated development environments for leading 32-/64-bit embedded processors. The eBinder integrated development environment is an embedded system development package that provides a comprehensive range of integrated development tools for debugging multi-threaded applications incorporating our PrKERNELv4 and eT-Kernel RTOSes. The eBinder IDE includes an advanced multi-context debugger allowing access to task level and system level debugging through the JTAG emulator and JTAG debug port. Integrated system analysis tools are also provided utilizing the JTAG debug port as well. All these RTOS-aware features are seamlessly integrated with the Signum JTAGjet emulator. Currently, leading ARM processors, including ARM7 and ARM9 microprocessors, are supported by eBinder and JTAGjet.
IAR. * One of the world's leading suppliers of development tools and services for embedded systems, which are used for regulating and controlling products containing microprocessors – for example, mobile telephones, airbags, GPS systems, remote control units and computer games. Focusing on reducing software development time for its customers, IAR Systems develops and markets a range of products and services for use in the design, development and testing of embedded systems. IAR Systems has offices in the US, Japan, the UK, Germany, Sweden and Denmark. The company has about 150 employees worldwide and operates also through software distributors in some 30 countries.
PHYTEC * Founded in 1986, PHYTEC is engaged in the development, production and sale of microcontroller-based hardware and software. With annual sales of more than 100,000 insert-ready Single Board Computer subassemblies and associated products, PHYTEC is one of the largest OEM suppliers of this technology in Germany and Europe. PHYTEC's OEM-able Single Board Computer modules support 8051, 166/ST10, PowerPC, x86, ARM/XScale and CAN embedded controllers. Our modular hardware design accompanies embedded designers in every step of development: from evaluation and prototyping to OEM production, while our partnership program and Rapid Development Kits provides embedded engineers with all support tools required to accelerate design concepts to working prototype and finished product.
MICRO DIGITAL * Founded in 1975, Micro Digital has been offering solutions to embedded systems developers since the field was in its infancy - literally before it had a name! Initially, Micro Digital was an engineering company, providing hardware and software design services to OEM's. The company's first project used the just-released Intel 8080 with 4KB EPROM's for code storage. Micro Digital introduced the smx kernel in 1989. Following this, other products such as smxProbe, smx++, and smxDLM were developed and introduced. Soon, however, we recognized that our customers needed more products than we could develop and support well. Thus we began a process of forming partnerships with companies that produced complementary quality products and integrating them with smx. Examples of such products are smxFile, smxNet, and PEG. This process has produced a broad SMX product line and will continue to produce more SMX products in the future.
ARM LTD. * ARM Holdings is the world's leading semiconductor intellectual property (IP) supplier and as such is at the heart of the development of digital electronic products. Headquartered in Cambridge, UK, and employing over 1700 people, ARM has offices around the world, including design centers in France, India, Sweden, and the US. With the diversity of ARM IP and the broad ecosystem of supporting silicon and software for ARM-based solutions, the world's leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) use ARM technology in a wide variety of applications ranging from mobile handsets and digital set top boxes to car braking systems and network routers. Today ARM technology is used in more than 95% of the world’s mobile handsets and over one-quarter of all electronic devices.
