(full and part time) to help us in design and maintenance of our in-circuit emulators and

Qualifications |

• |
|
Design experience with Complex Programmable
Logic Device (CPLD) and Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). |

|
Expertise using Altera MAX+ and Xilinx tools. |
| • |
|
Expertise using PCAD or ORCAD schematic capture & PCB layout tools. |
| • |
|
Experience in VHDL, Verilog and circuit simulation. |
| • |
|
Experience in Visual C/C++,
Linux, drivers, or embedded systems. |
